A HIPAA-regulated clinical platform, 120 engineers, migrating off a monolith without a rewrite.

What you would work on

  • Own the internal developer platform and the golden-path service template
  • Bring the deploy pipeline from 40 minutes to under 10
  • Design audit logging that satisfies HIPAA without slowing teams down
  • Mentor two platform engineers and set the technical direction for the group

What we are looking for

  • You have run Kubernetes in production at meaningful scale, including the bad days
  • Track record building tooling other engineers chose to use
  • Experience working inside a compliance regime — HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI or similar
  • Comfortable influencing across teams without direct authority
