For engineers
Remote roles at companies that treat remote as normal.
We place senior engineers with US and EU teams. You keep your name, your résumé, and your work — we handle finding the role and negotiating the rate.

How placement works
What you can expect from us
No portal to check, no recruiter chasing you about roles you'd never take.
Apply once
Fifteen minutes on the form below. We read every application ourselves and reply within three working days, including when the answer is no.
Technical conversation
Ninety minutes with a senior engineer, in your stack. It doubles as the screen we show clients, so you only do it once.
Matching
We come to you with specific roles — company, team, stack, rate, timezone — and you decide whether to be put forward. Nothing goes out without your consent.
Interviews and offer
We prep you on the team and the format, then handle scheduling, feedback, and rate negotiation. You do the interviews.
Our commitments
What you get from us, placed or not
Recruitment asks candidates to take a lot on trust. These are the parts we are willing to put in writing.
Every engineer on our bench
- Sees the rate, our margin, and the budget ceiling before any interview.
- Is never put forward for a role they have not agreed to.
- Does one technical screen, reused across searches rather than repeated.
- Gets real feedback after a rejection, including when it is awkward.
No exclusivity clauses, and no penalty for turning down an introduction. Read our commitments in full →
What we look for
The bar for our bench
- Five or more years writing software professionally
- Depth in at least one stack you can be questioned on for an hour
- Experience owning something in production, including the on-call side
- Written English good enough for design docs and async review
- A minimum of four hours' overlap with the role's core hours
We place fewer people than most agencies our size, and we would rather tell you early that we can't help than keep you on a list for a year.
You see the rate first
Comp range, our margin, and the client's budget ceiling — before you agree to a first interview. If the number doesn't work, we don't waste your evening.
Real feedback, either way
If you're rejected, we tell you what the client actually said. If we don't put you forward, we tell you why. Silence is not something we do.
One profile, many searches
Apply once. We keep you on the bench and come to you when something matches your stack, your timezone, and your rate — not before.
Contracts that aren't a trap
No exclusivity clauses, no non-competes that follow you around, and no penalty for turning down an introduction.
Rates and timezones
What the market actually pays
Indicative ranges for senior engineers on our bench. Your rate depends on stack, seniority, and how much overlap you can hold.
| Client region | Contract | Permanent | Typical overlap asked |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | $75-130 / hour | $150,000-240,000 | 4 hours with ET or PT |
| United Kingdom | £400-650 / day | £85,000-135,000 | Core hours 10:00-16:00 GMT |
| EU (Nordics, DACH, NL) | €65-100 / hour | €85,000-140,000 | Core hours 10:00-16:00 CET |
Ranges are indicative and move with the market. We quote the specific number before any interview.
