Own features end to end at a company small enough that you will talk to the users you are building for.
About the client
An 18-person company building CI tooling, post Series A, first non-founding senior hire on the product team.
We name the company on the intake call. It is not on this page because the search is not public — the current team does not know they are hiring for it yet.
What you would work on
- Ship product features from schema to interface, with real ownership over scope
- Build the self-serve onboarding flow that replaces founder-led sales demos
- Set the testing standard for a codebase that is about to triple in size
- Talk to customers directly — this is expected, not optional
What we are looking for
- Genuinely comfortable across backend and frontend, not one plus a little of the other
- Startup experience, or a clear appetite for ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Product instincts — you push back on requirements that do not make sense
- Able to overlap at least four hours with Pacific time
