About the client

A 200-person B2B analytics company rebuilding its component library across four product surfaces.

What you would work on

  • Ship accessible primitives that meet WCAG 2.2 AA, verified with automated and manual audits
  • Write the codemods that migrate four product surfaces off v1
  • Run design-engineering sync with two product designers
  • Keep the Storybook docs good enough that people actually read them

What we are looking for

  • You have built a component library that other teams adopted willingly
  • Deep knowledge of ARIA, focus management, and keyboard interaction patterns
  • Fluency with React rendering behaviour and the performance traps around it
  • Experience supporting internal consumers, not just shipping features
